What are Parenting Chats?
Our Parenting Chats are exactly what they sound like......a relaxed phone call to discuss any parenting matters that are concerning you. The phone call lasts up to 30 minutes and is a non judgmental space to ask questions, get suggestions and work out some steps to take to make your parenting life easier.
When should I book a Parenting Chat?
There are times when we second guess ourselves, or have absolutely no clue what to do in a certain situation. We may think we have everything sorted, then our children will throw us a curve ball. It is at these times that Sleep Harmony's Parenting Chats can come in handy. You may want to ask what to do about colic, when is the best time to toilet train, how to stop your toddler from biting, how to help your child cope with anxiety, or bullying......whatever the question we are happy to discuss it with you and come up with suggestions that will work with your parenting style. Sometimes you get so much conflicting advice from family and friends that it can help to have someone to look at it from an outside perspective. We don't claim to have all of the answers but we do have some tried and true tips and tricks that you may not have thought of, as well as years of experience working with children of all ages, temperaments and learning styles.
How can I book?
Either follow the link below to book through PayPal or send an email or message and we will send you an invoice and a brief intake form to get some information about your concerns. We can book a time to suit and go from there.
